My previous knowledge of computer hardware was very limited before starting this class. I have used computers a lot but always go to someone else when there is a problem.
During the first class I was introduced to many parts of the computer and their function ( the video, though outdated, was very informative, haha).
I don't have any specific questions at this time. I am very interested in finding out about disaster recovery so hopefully I can solve some problems on my own and not have to go to someone else with all of my tech issues..
