Each presentation from class had a lot of interesting information. I had a general idea of what each of the pieces of the computer components did and how they worked. It was surprising how much more there is to know about all of these computer components. One thing that really surprised me was in Kristine's presentation when she said that flash drives can only be re-written a certain number of times. I own several flash drives and have been using them for a couple years but I never knew that they could stop working. I think that this stuck out more to me because it is one thing that I actually went out and bought recently. I am sure that when I buy a new computer all of the other components will be important to take a closer look at.
