Your role as an educational leader
Since I am a fairly new teacher I do not see myself as one of the main educational leaders in my school. When given the opportunity to help out or lead, I am willing to. With regard to leading other teachers with technology, I have helped others out with a few minor things. There are many other people in my school that have a lot of technology knowledge so this does not happen very often. I am sure that as I continue my career I will assume many different leadership roles and hope that information and skills that I have/will learn in these classes will help me to be successful.

A leader does know when to listen though, and as a new participant you do knowledge worth sharing and expressing. Technology is not the only item you bring to the table.
